- Please retain your bank-in slip as proof of payment when collecting rider number on event day.
- Local bike shops can at their discretion collect and make payment to Le Tour De Penang, MBB A/C No: 557054501846 or make payment/submit forms at any of the designated collection centers.

Start @ 8.00am
Cycling group arrangement: Police outriders in front, KOTRT Pace car and participants. Motorized marshal (KTM Superbike Group Pg) and MPPP 4WD sweep/emergency vehicle behind.
Check-in @ 6.30am
- Compulsory to check in
- Rider number will only be given during check in from 6.30am -7.30am
- Ride riefing @ 7.45am.
Check-out
- Compulsory to check out so that the organizer will know who are the stranded riders, if any.
- Goody bag/certificate ONLY given after you check-out
- Medals wii be given to riders who complete the ride before cut off time
- Cut Off Time @ 12.00pm
- 2 locations have been identified for cut-off time. 2 trucks will sweep from the cut off point, rider caught up by any of these trucks, your cooperation is sought to please go onto the truck. We have a strict time frame to follow.
Sweeper trucks location
- Muzium Perhutanan, Tlk Bahang @ 12.00pm. Lorry will collect riders/stragglers along the way from Tlk Bahang all the way back to Base Camp.
- Mosque @ junction Jln Baru/Jln Betong @ 12.00pm. Lorry will collect riders/stragglers from junction Jln Baru/Jln Betong all the way back to Base Camp.
Emergency/support vehicles
- There will be 3 MPPP 4WD/pick-up trucks stationed at Hutan Rimba in the event of mechanical failures, emergency or bail-out.
- Riders who DNF or require emergency pick-up will have to wait at roadside for motorized marshal to report/request vehicle bail-out.
Event Day Registration
- Counters will be set according to numbers for registration purpose.
- Participant list will be displayed on notice boards. Please check our web site updates on this.
- Participant to bring bank pay-slip as proof of registration when checking in to collect rider number.

- Start from MPPP Heritage Building Esplanade - Lebuh Light - Jln Sultan Ahmed Shah - Jln Larut - Jln Burmah - Jln Pangkor - Gurney Drive(via turn-off at Starbucks/Gurney Hotel) - Jln Tg Tokong - Tg Bungah - Tlk Bahang -Muzium Perhutanan/REFRESHMENT CENTER (Lucky draw coupons will be given to participants checking in to this check point) - Batu Feringghi - Tg Bungah - Jln Tg Tokong - Gurney Drive - Jln Sultan Ahmad Shah - Jln Fahquhar - Lebuh Light - MPPP Heritage Building Esplanade.
Route 2 - Long.
- Start from MPPP Heritage Building Esplanade - Lebuh Light - Jln Sultan Ahmed Shah - Jln Larut - Jln Burmah - Jln Pangkor - Gurney Drive(via turn-off at Starbucks/Gurney Hotel) - Jln Tg Tokong - Tg Bungah - Tlk Bahang -Muzium Perhutanan/REFRESHMENT CENTER (Lucky draw coupons will be given to participants checking in to this check point) – Balik Pulau – Jln Baru – Jln Betong – Tlk Bahang - Batu Feringghi - Tg Bungah - Jln Tg Tokong - Gurney Drive - Jln Sultan Ahmad Shah - Jln Fahquhar - Lebuh Light - MPPP Heritage Building Esplanade
