Penang Heritage Experience on Wheels
This is an inner city makan angin ride. NO ENTRY FEES, so be self sufficient if joining. The ride will be held on the LAST Sunday of every month. Starting time is 8.30 am from MPPP building at esplanade. There will be breakfast stops at areas where food tastes good, so be your own sponsors at these stops. For details, call Teh at 017-4729990. The purpose of this ride is to bring back the fun of inner city cycling. The ride is targeted at families who enjoy the easy sunday morning stroll in the inner city. We believe that most of our offsprings do not have this experience that we had had a long time ago. We hope this ride would bring back fond memories as well as strengthening families' bond. This ride should provide families with an oppotunity to a healthier lifestyle both physically and emotionally. We encourage children to ride with their parents.
While we have taken all due care and caution to ensure safety during the ride, we hope cyclist joining this ride too would make sure that their bicycles are road worthy before joining this ride and obey traffic regulations at all time. We accepts no responsibility of any kind whether directly or indirectly for any and all loss, damage, cost or expense (including consequential loss or damage or death) arising from or incurred by any cause whatsoever (including negligence of any person) to any person, equipment, vehicle (inclusive of any fittings and accessories) or valuables suffered directly or indirectly by any of the participants, volunteers and third party observers during the ride.
